OUR REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

As we are into food business, you are eligible to cancel your order on phone within 30 minutes of order.

Frozen Foods.

Frozen Food order can be canceled only while making the deliveries. Once it is delivered, we cannot cancel the order. However if you feel the food quality is compromised in any manner in frozen food segment, you can let us know within 30 Minutes of delivery via phone. Our team will get back to you and will provide a replacement of the products if we found it right. If the product is not available within 3 days of complain, we will proceed the refund.

Other than Frozen Foods, All the packaged food can be returned within  24 hours of Delivery. You have to inform us via Phone to make that order cancel. It should be in its original packaging, we cannot accept any food in any compromised Packaging.

We care your taste and food standard so we always do our best to provide best quality products, however in some unavoidable circumstances if you cancel the order within 24 Hours (Except Frozen Foods), we will proceed the refund excluding our delivery and reverse pickup charges.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

All orders for our Frozen Foods are processed and shipped out in 2-4 business days.  If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
